Mandatory Volunteer Meetings

Volunteers please plan to the following meeting (please note change to only 1 available meeting)

• Tuesday, July 7th, Education Building

All meetings will run 7-8:30pm

Decorating Help Schedule

• Thursday July 9 at 5:30pm
• Friday July 10 at 4pm
• Saturday July 11 at 9am
• Friday July 17 at 2pm we are in need of volunteers who have trucks or large vehicles that can help move decorations from St. Hedwig's to St. I's campus
• Saturday July 18 at 8:00am we will begin decorating our campus in preparation for our Bible Camp beginning Monday July 20, 2009

Special Family Dinner, Thursday July 23, 6pm
